The Erie Art Museum's 18th Annual Blues & Jazz Festival
A fantastic free weekend of Blues and Jazz music in Frontier Park. (Saturday, Aug. 7 & Sunday, Aug. 8)
It’s the largest jazz and blues event in the Erie, Pa. region.  The two-day Festival presents national, regional and local musicians in a beautiful outdoor, family-friendly setting. PLEASE NOTE NEW FESTIVAL POLICIES: Due to the increasing attendance at the Festival, the Erie Art Museum will enforce a strict tent policy.  In addition to regulating tent placement, the Erie Art Museum will not permit any tents to be set-up prior to 9 a.m. on Saturday, August 1, 2009.  Festival staff will strictly enforce this regulation.  All tents set-up prior to this time will be taken down and can be redeemed at the Festival's Information Tent.  Additionally, please note that overnight camping at Frontier Park is against City of Erie ordinance, as is open-flame cooking (e.g. charcoal grills and turkey fryers) and that City of Erie police will be strictly enforcing this rule.  Propane grills are permitted.

Tokens must be used to purchase drinks, the tokens will sell for $1.00 for 1 ounce serving, $3.00 for 3 ounce serving and $5.00 for 5 ounce serving. Token sales in the Gravel Pit Park will end at 9:00 pm on Friday and Saturday evening.  The wine tent will stop serving at 9:30pm.  No ticket required for Gibson Park.  No pets, beverages or coolers may be brought into Festival Grounds.
